Candidates should possess at least 3 years of product customer support experience, preferably in a SaaS/Tech space, and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills within that domain. Familiarity with SaaS/Tech environments is essential.
As a Product Support Specialist, you will provide product support to customers through various channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues within established service level agreements. You will become a product expert on Vanta’s platform, including compliance offerings, and explain complex solutions to customers while documenting resolutions and building reproducible test cases for the Product team. Additionally, you will proactively contribute to internal and external documentation, participate in team troubleshooting sessions, and work cross-functionally to resolve customer business issues.
