Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales strategy, with at least 3 years specifically within the telecommunications industry. Proven success in developing and executing data-driven strategies to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth is essential, along with strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and translating findings into actionable insights. Experience managing customer bases with subscription services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Sales Strategy Lead - Multi-Dwelling Units will be responsible for conducting meetings with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Sales Managers to identify synergies and challenges, analyze MDU business performance including module breakdown and sales by channel, review and refine the sales process for efficiency, and evaluate existing compensation plans. They will also be tasked with strengthening partnerships with TSMs, engaging with the Business Development Manager and Engineering/Construction teams, conducting market and product analysis to identify expansion opportunities, and collaborating with the Marketing team on MDU-specific initiatives. Furthermore, the role involves developing strategies to improve accountability, tracking progress against MDU targets, and reporting on performance measurement.
