Availability for full-time role (32-40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Support best-in-class customer service through product knowledge, selling skills, and clienteling
Meet store and metric goals
Emulate the brand aesthetic and bring the brand mission to life for customers
Provide assistance to Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes, and other projects as needed
Assist with inventory and stock management
Accurately process Point of Sale transactions
Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering best-in-class customer service
Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures while supporting company and management initiatives
