Candidates should have sales experience in an outbound role and the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a great telephone manner and the ability to engage with various buyers. A proactive, self-motivating team player with a can-do attitude is essential.
The Sales Specialist will drive adoption and engage dealerships with the Motorway product while selling the product stack. They will quickly build rapport and relationships with dealerships, manage an ever-changing portfolio of accounts, and build a strong pipeline of dealers to engage. Additionally, they will work closely with other internal departments to ensure prompt dealings with buyers and sellers and support multiple business projects.
