Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Science, Pharmaceutical or related discipline
  • Sales experience in health-care industry preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
  • Energetic and outgoing character with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result oriented to achieve/exceed job expectations
  • Good English & fluent Cantonese. Fair Mandarin is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Organizes and implements selling activities in line with the plan for business in private sector
  • Achieve or exceed annual and quarterly sales objectives through the use of professional selling skills, time and territory management and the efficient use of promotional material consistent with marketing objectives
  • Work with Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plan once proposed forecast is approved
  • Identify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business within territory while maintaining existing business
  • Develop and maintain territory and customer records
  • Attend regular departmental meetings with manager to build in continuous feedback mechanisms
  • Ensure all activities in territory are executed with professionalism and comply with Abbott standards and Code of Conduct
  • Report any product quality complaints and adverse events to Quality Assurance and Affiliate Safety
