Remote Head of Sales

Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar sales role, a strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to build relationships and handle objections effectively, a self-motivated results-oriented mindset, proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
The Sales Representative will conduct telemarketing activities to identify and reach potential clients, make cold calls to prospective businesses to introduce company offerings and generate leads, develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to engage target audiences, qualify leads based on specific criteria, schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups for the sales team, maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system, achieve or exceed individual and team lead generation targets, continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and potential clients, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and outreach strategies.
