Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in medical device industry
  • Bachelor or higher degree or equivalent in Business or Marketing or a medical background
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to think innovatively and work independently
  • Preferred location: Warsaw or nearby (for Poland East territory) or Poznan/Bydgoszcz (for Poland West territory)

Responsibilities

  • Drive the promotion and sales of the company’s medical devices in alignment with strategic goals and the annual sales plan; negotiate commercial terms with clients; ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities
  • Identify and engage potential clients (hospitals, clinics, private practices); maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with existing customers
  • Manage the sales and tendering process in compliance with Public Procurement Law and internal procedures, ensuring documentation meets standards
  • Provide after-sales support, including follow-up visits, device installation/setup, end-user training; drive device utilization and consumables consumption
  • Represent the company at medical conferences, product demonstrations, workshops, training sessions, and industry events
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends; collaborate with marketing team on insights and strategy adaptation
  • Deliver product training sessions; support development and management of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and local clinical advocates
  • Contribute to creation and refinement of educational materials and training programs for healthcare professionals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
