Requirements

Experience in clinical sales or healthcare sales (preferably related to robotics or respiratory medicine)
Ability to travel frequently within the Northeast region and potentially to other locations as needed
Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills to engage pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals
Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities to guide sales strategy and coach/mentor a sales team
Clinical knowledge of robotic lung navigation systems and their applications, benefits, and competitive advantages
Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering clinical education, trainings, webinars, and workshops
Ability to stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in respiratory medicine

Responsibilities

Execute Clinical Sales Strategy and Lead Program Growth: develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration; launch new programs; grow existing initiatives; expand market presence; provide strategic leadership to the sales team including goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews
Clinical Expertise: maintain thorough understanding of the robotic lung navigation system; provide in-depth clinical education and training to customers; conduct on-site trainings, webinars, and workshops
Customer Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor; understand clinical needs and provide tailored solutions
Market Intelligence: stay informed about industry trends and competitor products; provide updates to product development to inform enhancements; participate in industry conferences and events
