Responsibilities

  • Execute Clinical Sales Strategy and Lead Program Growth: develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration; launch new programs; grow existing initiatives; expand market presence; provide strategic leadership to the sales team including goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Clinical Expertise: maintain thorough understanding of the robotic lung navigation system; provide in-depth clinical education and training to customers; conduct on-site trainings, webinars, and workshops
  • Customer Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor; understand clinical needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Market Intelligence: stay informed about industry trends and competitor products; provide updates to product development to inform enhancements; participate in industry conferences and events
