Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, market penetration, launch new programs, grow existing initiatives, and expand market presence
  • Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, including setting performance goals, coaching, mentoring, and conducting regular performance reviews
  • Maintain thorough clinical expertise on the robotic lung navigation system and provide in-depth education/training to customers (e.g., on-site sessions, webinars, workshops)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders through regular communication, understanding needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering ongoing support, guidance, and solutions
  • Stay informed on market intelligence (trends, competitors, technologies) and provide updates/insights to product development team
  • Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and events to connect with key opinion leaders and influencers
  • Drive revenue growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clinical stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and business growth
