Requirements

  • Pharmareferent:in (IHK) or Sachkenntnis nach §75 AMG
  • Medizinprodukteberater (§ 31 MPG)
  • Mehrjährige Außendiensterfahrung in der pharmazeutischen und/oder medizintechnischen Industrie, wünschenswert im niedergelassenen Bereich (Retail)
  • Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Umsatzzahlen und Aufbereitung sowie Präsentation der Zahlen zur Entscheidungsunterstützung
  • Hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz, Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
  • Hervorragende Verhandlungskompetenz und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office Produkten und CRM-Systemen
  • Reisebereitschaft

Responsibilities

  • Betreuung eines Verkaufsgebietes in den Bereichen Hospital und Retail
  • Fachliche Beratung und Betreuung der Zielgruppen (Personen im ärztlichen Dienst, Einkauf, Apotheker, Pflege und Medizintechnik)
  • Realisierung der vorgegebenen Umsatz- und Gewinnvorgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliches Handeln mit dem zugewiesenen Budget der jeweiligen Verkaufsregion
  • Zielorientierte, nachhaltige und kontinuierliche Betreuung der zugewiesenen Kunden
  • Durchführung der Marketing- und Verkaufsstrategien im Gebiet
  • Neukundenakquise in den zugewiesenen Verkaufsgebieten im Bereich Hospital und Retail
  • Wettbewerbs- und Marktbeobachtung insbesondere im Hinblick auf Preis- und Vertragsgestaltung
  • Koordination des Geschäfts mit KAM, Kollegen und Vorgesetzte
