Requirements

  • Staatlich geprüfter (Medizin-)Techniker, alternativ Ausbildung/Studium im Bereich der Elektrotechnik
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Servicetechniker bei der Instandhaltung/-setzung von Medizinprodukten
  • Gute IT/PC Kenntnisse (Betriebssysteme, Netzwerke, DICOM, Remote Verbindungen)
  • Fähigkeit komplexe technische Probleme zu erkennen und zu lösen
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit, insbesondere im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Gute Organisationsfähigkeit, selbständiges Arbeiten, Team Player
  • Abteilungsübergreifendes Denken und Handeln im Sinne der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erste Erfahrungen als Trainer wünschenswert
  • PKW Führerschein

Responsibilities

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Techniker bei technischen Anfragen
  • Vorbereitung / Durchführung von Produkttrainings für Krankenhaus- und Service-Techniker
  • Anwendung von Remote-Diagnose Programmen und Prozessen für die Fehleranalyse
  • Professionelles Arbeiten mit CRM Programmen
  • Technische Unterstützung bei Kundeneskalationen (CSOs)
  • Technischer Support über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus, insbesondere zu Beginn im Rahmen von Produkteinführungen
  • Kommunikation mit Entwicklungsteams zur Steigerung der Produktivität und Servicefähigkeit
  • Unterstützung bei der Anbindung unserer Ultraschallprodukte an die Remote-Technologie InSite RSvP
  • Einhaltung der maßgeblichen Qualitätsrichtlinien, Gesetze, Regularien
  • Identifizierung und Weiterleitung von Prozess- und Produktqualitätslücken
