Requirements

  • Technical background - Degree in Engineering, Bioengineering or Life-science, or another relevant advanced degree or qualification
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with a wide range of people and personalities, in a professional, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work in an operating room environment, preferably with Neurosurgical/ENT/surgical/robotic medical devices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • A clean valid driver’s license
  • Fluent in English – at least B2 level proficiency
  • Availability to travel in the whole Bulgarian territory
  • Previous training/education experience is highly preferrable
  • Located in Sofia, Bulgaria

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products
  • Planning and prioritizing clinical, technical and education programs with review and input from sales staff and other relevant functional groups
  • Providing procedure support to the clinical team in the operating theatre
  • Providing troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request
  • Organizing and conducting training to customers (surgeons and nurses) in collaboration with the district team; together with preparation of study material and plans
  • Building long lasting relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process
  • Supporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new and innovative products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagement
  • Other duties may be assigned
