Position Overview

Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and execution of BeatBox Party Punch with distributor partners through targeted accounts in the assigned markets. Primarily executing all National/Regional/Local Chain Programming, along with their Independent account base.

Responsibilities

  • Ride-alongs with distributors to provide sales support and ensure the proper BeatBox brand selling story.
  • Adherence to CRM Platform for all in-market store visits, achieving monthly (160), quarterly (480), and annual (1,760) goals (sales, distribution, displays, and shelf space).
  • Visit an average of 40 accounts per week or a minimum monthly total of 160 accounts from the assigned targeted account list.
  • Goal: April-Sept. 60% Chain / 40% Independent; Oct.-March 50% Chain / 50% Independent
  • Daily/Weekly recaps to be delivered to the respective distributor and Region Manager/Director.
  • Garner and maintain strong relationships with distributors, targeted retail accounts, and retail chain customers.
  • Drive distribution, display execution, and merchandising standards.
  • Execute retail chain programming.
  • Conduct pricing surveys when necessary and report results back to Region leadership.
  • Identify event opportunities in the area that will translate national programs into successful local activation through product sampling, event partnerships, on-premise & off-premise activations.
  • Align with Region Sales Director/Manager, Commercial Sales Managers & Field Marketing Specialists to support activations, merchandising, and sales blitzes in the area.
  • Develop relationships with on-premise managers, off-premise managers, operations managers, and distributor sales and marketing departments.

Requirements

  • Must live within the Primary assigned Sales Territory.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends (start-up company in hyper-growth mode).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and adopt company software applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
