Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, and reside within the primary assigned sales territory, along with effective communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn company software applications are also required, alongside a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will drive sales and execution of BeatBox Party Punch with distributor partners through targeted accounts, primarily executing national/regional/local chain programming and their independent account base. They will conduct ride-alongs with distributors, achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals using a CRM platform, visit an average of 40 accounts weekly, and deliver daily/weekly recaps to distributors and region managers. The role involves garnering and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retail accounts, and chain customers, driving distribution and display execution, executing retail chain programming, conducting pricing surveys, identifying event opportunities, and aligning with region leadership to support activations and merchandising. Furthermore, they will develop relationships with on-premise and off-premise managers, and distributor sales and marketing departments.
