Requirements

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in a high-volume sales role, demonstrating a proven ability to drive and close large or complex deals, prospect effectively, and manage the entire sales cycle, including cold calling, demos, and negotiations. A valid Driver’s License is required, and experience selling to professors on campus is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative (Account Executive), you will be responsible for finding, creating, facilitating, and closing new business opportunities within your assigned territory of colleges and universities, demonstrating the value of Top Hat’s platform and products to professors, and converting them into clients. You will also travel to campuses within your territory to prospect professors, represent and sell the full suite of Top Hat products and services, work closely with Sales Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and internal partners to ensure a positive customer experience, and contribute to revenue growth by positioning Top Hat’s value proposition effectively.
