Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in a high-volume sales role, demonstrating the ability to drive and close large or complex deals, prospect effectively, and manage the entire sales cycle, including cold calling, demos, discovery, solution presentations, negotiation, and closing. A valid Driver’s License is required, and experience selling to professors on campus is highly preferred.
As a Sales Representative (Account Executive), you will be responsible for finding, creating, facilitating, and closing new business opportunities within assigned college and university accounts, representing and selling Top Hat’s products and services, including digital textbook content and the SaaS platform, effectively positioning Top Hat’s value proposition to professors, working closely with Sales Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and internal partners to ensure a great customer experience, and travelling to campuses within your territory for in-person sales activities.
