Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 50% English proficiency, desirable experience in negotiations with hospitals and basic figures (private and decentralized), satisfactory MyPM qualification (internal candidates), SPP metrics meeting objectives (internal candidates), successful sales performance in Segment 1 and Segment 2, or territory growth of 2 Quintiles in the last year (internal candidates), verifiable successful commercial results in the last two years, adherence to Leadership Behaviors (clear and assertive communication, commitment, teamwork, responsibility, decision-making, action, empathy), and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

The Sales Representative for Dermatology will be responsible for opening markets and generating demand in the private and healthcare sectors (IMSS, ISSSTE & HDE), managing access and processes in decentralized institutions, seeking and developing new business in private and decentralized markets, traveling within Tamaulipas and Nuevo León, and achieving sales targets.
