Position Overview

Dane Street, a leading Independent Review Organization and national provider of Group Health Review services, is seeking physicians to join our expanding physician panel. This telework opportunity offers non-traditional work and supplemental income by providing medical necessity reviews for treatment requests and appeals of previously denied services.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Texas Medical License
• Active Practice
• Board Certified

Responsibilities

• Review medical necessity of treatment requests.
• Review medical necessity of previously denied services in appeals.
• Provide advisory-only opinions.

Work Details

• Compensation: Per-case basis.
• Average Review Time: 10-15 minutes per case.
• Workload: Caseload customized to your schedule. You dictate volume and conduct work based on your scheduled availability.
• Training: Initial training and ongoing support provided. Onboarding can be completed in less than 1 week.
• Work Environment: Telework. No doctor/patient relationship is established, and no treatment is provided.
