Position Overview

Ashby is seeking two Sales Recruiters to join our growing People Team. Interest in our product is driving amazing growth, and we need to expand our capacity to hire. This role offers the opportunity to become an expert user of our product and a thought leader in the talent tech space, contributing to improvements across the industry. You will play a crucial role in building the people side of our business and ensuring we can meet our ambitious hiring goals for Sales positions.


Role Details

  • Primary Focus: Own the end-to-end development and execution of recruitment strategies to find exceptional talent for critical Sales roles.
  • Key Objectives (first six months):
    • Attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality candidates to meet company hiring needs for Sales positions.
    • Build and collate phenomenal talent pools to create a strong infrastructure for future growth.
  • How You'll Achieve This:
    • Attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for open, active Sales roles.
    • Develop processes focused on the highest quality of hire as we scale.
    • Discover and quantify new talent pools and sourcing channels.
    • Engage with departmental leaders and hiring managers to expertly qualify requirements.
    • Focus on quality and alignment at the optimal volume to meet goals.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile: You gain energy from both strategizing on creative ways to accelerate hiring and getting hands-on with finding and evaluating candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an expert "Go To Market" Recruiter.
  • Experience working across a variety of roles to be hired from at least two of: Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
  • Experience ideally within a SaaS company.
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of optimizing workflows while balancing diversity, quality, and volume.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating innovative sourcing strategies.
