Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA or APICS/IBF certification preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in supply chain or operations planning, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience leading and optimizing the S&OP process in a global, matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using planning tools such as SAP, Solomon, Power BI, or John Galt
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to lead through change, foster collaboration, and deliver results in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly S&OP process, facilitating alignment and consensus across Sales, Planning, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Translate strategic business objectives into actionable S&OP plans
  • Oversee demand planning and supply balancing processes to identify risks, constraints, and growth opportunities
  • Manage an S&OP Analyst to drive consistency and best practices across business units
  • Recommend and implement improvements in S&OP processes, tools, and reporting to enhance forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to align operational execution with business needs
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health, and capacity utilization
  • Support scenario planning, annual business reviews, and budgeting efforts
  • Ensure planning practices align with company policies, business goals, and regulatory requirements
