Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion trends, and overall team performance
  • Identify and drive opportunities for automation, simplification, and process improvement to enhance sales productivity and operational efficiency
  • Support strategic GTM planning by providing analytical input and scenario modeling
  • Maintain clear and accurate books of business that reflect clean account ownership in alignment with established planning frameworks and territories
  • Own the day-to-day management of sales systems and tools, maintaining high standards of data hygiene and integrity across all GTM platforms
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Ops inquiries, triaging and resolving requests efficiently to keep the team running smoothly
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to optimize onboarding, process adoption, and tool utilization across the sales organization
  • Own onboarding and offboarding workflows for sales team members as headcount scales, ensuring seamless systems access and data continuity
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing Ops, CS Ops, and Finance to align data, processes, and definitions across the revenue organization
