The Strategy team is responsible for defining Flock's solution portfolio evolution to achieve market leadership through product innovation, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions. Within this team, the Competitive Intelligence function equips the Sales team with the necessary insights, tools, and guidance to compete effectively. This includes providing real-time deal support, developing strategic battlecards, offering objection handling guidance, and delivering targeted training to ensure our revenue organization is well-prepared to outperform the competition.
We are seeking a motivated, sales-oriented Competitive Intelligence Manager to serve as a key partner to our Sales team. As the primary expert on the competitive landscape, you will translate market insights into actionable strategies to improve win rates and drive revenue. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence Flock's growth by empowering our Sales force with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.
In this position, you will lead competitive enablement efforts by maintaining essential tools such as battlecards, playbooks, and objection-handling guides, and by delivering targeted training to enhance selling skills. You will also act as the main point of contact for Sales leadership, providing regular updates, participating in key meetings, and offering on-demand research and positioning for critical deals.
You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all materials. Additionally, you will leverage sales feedback to refine strategies, align cross-functional teams, and support broader go-to-market objectives. Collaboration with the Director of Market Intelligence will also be integral to these initiatives.
