Position Overview

Dandy is revolutionizing the dental industry by simplifying and modernizing its operations through technology. We are building the global operating system for dental practices, empowering clinicians and their teams with innovation and world-class support. Our core business systems are critical to this mission, and we are seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to ensure their health, sustainability, and scalability. This role requires a blend of business and technical expertise, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, translating operational needs into actionable Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage essential administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Build infrastructure to automate and support routine tasks.
  • Oversee data feeds and integrations for Salesforce.com, Zendesk, Outreach.io, and other systems.
  • Serve as a liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams.
  • Coordinate the triage, evaluation, scope, and completion of new requests.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish processes for administration, development, and change management.
  • Define and document development requirements and drive solution design in collaboration with users.
  • Maintain and enhance business workflows across the commercial organization.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical or process inefficiencies, implementing improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues across Salesforce, Zendesk, and integrated systems.
  • Assist with user training and develop Salesforce.com skills within the organization.
  • Document all Salesforce and Zendesk processes, workflows, and field management.
  • Evaluate Salesforce ecosystem tools to improve organizational processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a high-growth startup environment (SaaS experience highly preferred).
  • Experience with B2B sales to SMB prospects.
  • Experience with marketing automation, sales enablement, and customer success platforms.
  • Proven ability to implement cross-team business processes in technology.
  • Experience building custom solutions and cross-platform integrations.
  • Experience with architecture-level systems design for new processes involving multiple tools.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and a desire to learn new sales concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experience with standard sales tools and a willingness to explore and implement new ones.
  • Overall track record of professional and academic success.
