Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS startup environment, with a strong preference for experience in B2B sales to SMB prospects. They should have experience with marketing automation, sales enablement, and customer success platforms, along with a proven ability to implement cross-team business processes in technology and build custom solutions and cross-platform integrations.

Responsibilities

The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst will develop a deep understanding of business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, translating operational needs into actionable Salesforce solutions, managing essential administrative functions, overseeing data feeds and integrations, serving as a liaison between users and development teams, coordinating request triage and completion, collaborating with stakeholders on process establishment, defining and documenting development requirements, maintaining and enhancing business workflows, proactively identifying and resolving inefficiencies, assisting with user training, documenting processes, evaluating ecosystem tools, and troubleshooting complex data issues.
