The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and have 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role. They must be proficient with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics, demonstrating strong reporting and analytical skills, along with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required for engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment is essential. Familiarity with sales pipelines and revenue recognition processes is also necessary.
The Sales Operations Analyst will maintain 100% accuracy and up-to-date information in Salesforce, managing contract documentation, opportunity booking, invoicing details, and revenue tracking. They will also clean up outdated items, extract Salesforce reports, build structured rhythms for tracking opportunity closure, and participate in weekly sales file preparation. The role involves supporting weekly sales processes, identifying blockers, collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve queries, and adapting to the upcoming migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics. Additionally, the analyst will actively participate in pipeline calls to ensure alignment with Salesforce data and support sales teams.
