Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, project/program management and leading process improvements within a SaaS business or within a Financial Planning & Analytics role, strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics, experienced with Salesforce platform and Salesforce reporting, high proficiency in Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to communicate with internal cross functional teams, and the ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.

Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Analyst will create reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance indicators across Finance, Sales, and Marketing, and customer success, ensuring accurate data generation; support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, providing prompt and efficient resolutions; own and execute timely, accurate, and insightful reports and analysis to the GTM team on performance; analyze issues and weaknesses in the GTM and operations process, recommending improvements to drive productivity and efficiency; drive process optimization and automation initiatives to improve deal cycle efficiency, velocity, and quality; assist in building out compensation plans across teams and implementing plans; be a trusted business partner to sales leadership; and conduct on-demand ad hoc queries and provide analysis in a timely manner.
