Position Overview

A Sales Operations Analyst is needed to join our growing sales organization. This role will work closely with the sales leadership team to translate data into meaningful information, helping to grow and scale the organization. The Analyst will play a key role in maximizing sales and attainment goals through analytics, reporting, and metric tracking, providing impactful insights to the business. They will be a partner to the leadership team in forecasting, territory planning & management, and business review cadences. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-focused, and possesses strong critical thinking and strategic skills.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, project/program management, or leading process improvements within a SaaS business or Financial Planning & Analytics role.
  • Quantitative Skills: Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics.
  • Salesforce Experience: Experienced with the Salesforce platform and Salesforce reporting.
  • Excel Proficiency: High proficiency in Excel.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Background Check: Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Analytics: Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring accurate data generation.
  • Support: Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, providing prompt and efficient resolution to issues.
  • GTM Performance: Own and execute timely, accurate, and insightful reports and analysis to the GTM (Go-to-Market) team on performance.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze issues and weaknesses in the GTM and operations processes, recommending improvements to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Automation: Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to improve the efficiency, velocity, and quality of the deal cycle.
  • Compensation: Assist in building out compensation plans across teams and implementing plans.
  • Business Partnership: Be a trusted business partner to sales leadership.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct on-demand ad hoc queries and provide analysis in a timely manner.

Application Instructions

  • The position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional quarterly travel for in-person company events and ad hoc meetings.
  • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.
