Responsibilities

The Sales Officer will create business plans to achieve territory objectives by driving market traffic and optimizing product availability. They will establish relationships with retail and wholesale customers, take orders, and increase SKU stocking. Daily sales calls will be conducted to increase bills cut, TLS, Brand ECO, check stock, and ensure proper merchandising. The role involves driving top stores through close tracking of in-store execution and target achievement, and ensuring shops are merchandised according to Abbott expectations. Demonstrating product superiority and ROI advantages, influencing customers to maintain stock balance, and conducting reviews of distributor sales representatives are key duties. The Sales Officer will also ensure adequate stock replenishment, build a quality customer database, integrate the digital customer journey, and act in alignment with compliance and regulatory expectations.
