Responsibilities

  • First customer contact point for the VW brand
  • Build proactive communication and relationships with OEMs and Tier 1s to foster trust
  • Ensure alignment with other Aptiv product lines when responding to customer issues
  • Ensure APTIV maximizes its content per vehicle by supporting robust multi-product battle plans that lead to profitable and sustainable growth
  • Enable portfolio decision-making (e.g., pricing and givebacks) for our entire EDS portfolio through an objective, data-driven process, as needed
  • Support and monitor project launches and transfers, including associated cost and pricing trends, from contract award to EOL and after-market support
  • Drive cross-functional activities to improve the cost structure and define opportunities to improve price quality at every opportunity. (MI/ECM)
  • Prepare and lead customer strategy meetings
  • Support business planning and manage it in the SPS
