Candidates should have managed a team of Account Executives delivering $5M/yr+ of ARR contribution at a growth-stage SaaS company and a proven track record of hiring and onboarding new sales reps who quickly become top performers. They should be comfortable jumping into deals to establish executive relationships with customers and possess an operational mindset with experience identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to accelerate deal flow. Strong experience selling platform applications to Talent and/or People leaders is preferred.
The Sales Manager will be accountable for the revenue results of the segment, focusing on high-impact activities and partnering with Marketing on pipeline generating initiatives. They will provide consistent coaching to enable all sales reps to achieve their full potential, identify themes for improvement, and help reps grow in their sales careers. The role also involves making high-quality hires in lock step with market demand, challenging and supporting reps to continue to grow, and becoming a product and industry expert to provide practical advice and relevant stories to customers. Additionally, the Sales Manager will spend time building best-in-class products and refine processes and tools with Revenue Ops.
