Sales Manager, On Premise, National Accounts

Employment Type: Full-time Location Type: Remote Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 (plus potential discretionary bonus, dependent on skills & experience)

Position Overview

FIJI Water is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager of On Premise, National Accounts to join our team. This newly created role is crucial for driving both current and identifying new National customers across all On Premise channels. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, National Accounts, you will be responsible for implementing the national On-Premise strategy, building key customer relationships, enhancing market presence, and driving profitable sales growth.


Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic National initiatives to expand FIJI Water’s footprint in On-Premise, across all sub-segments.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with National Accounts to grow and expand distribution and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Planning, Marketing, Category Development, Operations) and key external National Distribution partners to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and negotiate high-impact contracts and partnerships that drive brand recognition and sales growth.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and monthly financials, and present new business opportunities to sales leadership.
  • Manage P&L reporting for On-Premise National Accounts.
  • Travel up to 75% of the time to key markets/customers to build relationships, conduct business reviews, and support field initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in On-Premise sales, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry.
  • Relationships: Strong network of relationships with key stakeholders in National On-Premise customers and distributors.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven success in driving sales growth, achieving targets, and managing strategic business initiatives.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute sales presentations both internally (to sales team, senior leadership) and externally (to account clients).
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Advanced knowledge of utilizing syndicated data (e.g., Spectra, Nielsen, IRI, Mintel) to build fact-based selling stories/presentations.
    • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with various departments.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 75% for market visits, conferences, and business development activities.
  • Availability: Availability for evening or weekend events as required for business development and On-Premise events and activities.
