The Sales Manager for Rehabilitation and Replacement (R&R) reports to the Sr. Sales Manager and is responsible for leading our regional teams for our mainline business. The Sales Manager maximizes R&R sales capacity and regional success by working closely with Regional Managers, Market Development, Product Support, and Customer Finance partnerships. The Sales Manager helps develop, and then implements, strategic factory programs to drive direct sales. This individual is also responsible for fostering a positive and mutually beneficial business relationship between the HammerHead organization and our customers by conducting their activities with the highest degree of integrity, efficiency, and professionalism.
