Requirements

Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Supply Chain or Management Information Systems, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in industry or a consulting team-oriented environment, focusing on strategic sourcing, process improvement, project management, and/or financial analysis. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, including quantitative and qualitative data analysis, are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Client Lead Manager will support and manage all aspects of projects, including guiding internal resources, facilitating requirements, conducting data analysis and research, training junior team members, and implementing identified opportunities alongside client senior management. They will also support engagement financials, practice operations, and business development, provide service excellence by identifying client needs and evaluating analysis, develop recommendations for clients, work directly with client management on engagement progression, collaborate with third-party vendors on commercial negotiations and contract reviews, manage the end-to-end contract review process, ensure high-quality delivery, structure problems, develop analytical approaches, create new tools and methodologies, independently write and present recommendations, utilize strong communication skills, develop intellectual capital, promote firm development by identifying new clients and opportunities, and be a strong team player and developer of consulting staff.
