As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring and leading a team of Territory Account Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive individual and team success. You will implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, foster a collaborative sales culture, optimize the sales process, manage prospective customer relationships, and report and track team performance, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously improve sales strategies.
