Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train and develop financial advisors channel (FA & FAR)
  • Manage, drive growth and lead 250 FAR from both new and existing Span of Control
  • Develop new business with FA & FAR within AIG preferred Line of Business and maintain profitability
  • Uphold and maintain renewals within AIG preferred Line of Business
  • Ensure FA & FAR adhere to business compliance, audit and SOP
  • Ensure FA & FAR fulfill professionalism practice, such as CPD, Minimum Contract Requirement
  • Act as a frontline field Manager to Identify Potential Producers to Recruit, Train, Retain, Drive and Develop towards higher productivity
  • Assist and support Branch Manager/Head Of Sales in achieving the Set Plans & Goals of Profitability, Growth, Expansion, Retention, Professionalism, Compliance & Customer satisfaction
