Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics, and experience in digital marketing (including web advertising, SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation). They should also possess experience in data-driven analysis, problem-solving, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, cross-functional understanding, and project management skills are required. Experience with strategic or business plan development, product strategy, or financial regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing strategies, conducting market research and competitive analysis, identifying target customers, extracting insights from PayPay's data, implementing marketing strategies, measuring and analyzing campaign effectiveness, and continuously improving marketing efforts. They will also be responsible for lead generation and nurturing, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with product development and marketing teams to develop user-centric services.
