▼Background of Recruitment
To expand the UI/UX of smartphone-first financial services, we need to realize solutions for user challenges (most of which do not yet exist in the world) through UI/UX and services. However, user challenges are often invisible and users do not readily articulate them. We believe that only those with a strong passion for improving financial services can discover these challenges, structure them, and develop solutions. We want the new hire to realize truly user-first financial services.
