OUR VISION IS UNLIMITED_ We believe that a clearly defined vision is not necessary to create a future beyond our imagination. PayPay aims to realize visions (futures) that no one can imagine, always maintaining a "Day 1" stance. About the Work

▼Introduction to PayPay Financial Strategy Division Our mission is to make PayPay the No. 1 Fintech company. This division is the execution force creating all money-related use cases within the PayPay app, beyond just "spending" to include "saving," "growing," "borrowing," "protecting," and "managing." This involves inventing UI/UX for smartphone-first financial services. Our team consists of members with diverse experiences and skills, including those with experience in new business development at major financial institutions, those who have achieved results in trading companies or internet companies, and those involved in new business in overseas markets. We want to work with individuals who have a strong passion for improving current financial services. Organization: Comprised of approximately 70 members, ranging from late 20s to late 40s.

▼Background of Recruitment To expand the UI/UX of smartphone-first financial services, we need to realize solutions for user challenges (most of which do not yet exist in the world) through UI/UX and services. However, user challenges are often invisible and users do not readily articulate them. We believe that only those with a strong passion for improving financial services can discover these challenges, structure them, and develop solutions. We want the new hire to realize truly user-first financial services.
