Requirements

Candidates should have extensive experience in building, managing, and coaching high-performing enterprise sales teams, along with the ability to define and execute industry-specific Go To Market strategies. A demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets is essential, as is experience in a value-driven sales environment. Strong analytical and presentation skills are required, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences and build relationships at the senior executive level, both internally and externally. In-depth knowledge of business in South Africa is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will develop and execute a Go To Market strategy for South Africa to achieve sustainable sales growth that aligns with company objectives. They will manage a direct sales team focused on Strategic Account Development, communicate and align strategy across the UiPath ecosystem, and represent UiPath's thought leadership in AI-driven automation through industry events and PR opportunities. The role includes creating a culture of high performance, conducting monthly and quarterly business reviews with account sponsors, and establishing reference accounts.
