Candidates must have 3 years of undergraduate studies towards a Bachelor’s or be pursuing an advanced degree with an expected graduation date between Dec 2026 and August 2027, be authorized to work full-time in the US without sponsorship, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
It's a 10-week full-time program where interns complete part of sales training at home, travel to Indianapolis for a week of training at headquarters, and are then assigned a territory to call on physicians while integrated into district teams.
Preferred skills include knowledge of or experience with the sales process, being highly motivated, excellent communication/coordination/interpersonal skills, leadership ability, ability to learn and communicate technical/scientific knowledge, and strong influence/persuasion/negotiation skills.
Interns receive a mentor for territory management and selling skills, a company car and iPad, 1 week of paid time off during the summer shut-down, and various activities like sporting events, dinners, lunch and learns, and volunteer opportunities for socializing and development.
All interns will be considered for full-time positions based on their internship performance.
