Requirements

Candidates must have completed at least 3 years of undergraduate studies towards a Bachelor's degree or be pursuing an advanced degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship and possess a valid U.S. driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Experience or knowledge of the sales process, strong motivation, excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, leadership ability, demonstrated capacity to learn and apply technical/scientific knowledge, and strong influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills are also required.

Responsibilities

Sales Interns will gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical sales over a 10-week program, including sales training at home and at the company headquarters in Indianapolis. Interns will be assigned a territory, call on physicians, sell Lilly products, and be integrated into District teams. They will receive mentorship on territory management and selling skills, and will be provided with a company car and an iPad.
