Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes and account management. Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is highly preferred, as is the ability to conduct market research and identify key buyer personas.

Responsibilities

The Sales Intelligence & Development Associate will be responsible for engaging with and developing relationships with prospects through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and driving event attendance, working closely with Enterprise and Enterprise Account Executives to generate pipeline and increase sales penetration. They will conduct market research, develop target lists, prepare pre-meetings, and participate in qualification and discovery calls, while consistently updating Salesforce with detailed call reports and aligning outreach with marketing efforts. Additionally, the role involves attending tradeshows and events to build relationships and developing outbound cadences to support top accounts within the Enterprise segment.
