The Sales Floor Associate will maintain the highest degree of customer service, strive to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs, effectively build client relationships to support new client acquisition and retention, act as a brand ambassador representing Rebag, communicate product and customer feedback to the management team, support all company initiatives, participate in training sessions, and build upon knowledge of trends and designers/brands.
