Requirements

Candidates should have 6+ months of Sales Development Representative experience, be located in Las Vegas and able to attend multiple trade shows in person, possess a positive attitude, be a quick learner, and demonstrate a track record of overcoming challenges and showing progress. Experience with SaaS SDR best practices and tactics, particularly email for post-event followups and general outbound, is preferred, as is a background in hospitality, events, or other people-forward industries.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will attend multiple trade shows each week in their assigned hub and other hubs, meeting as many event marketers as possible to build a pipeline of leads through email outreach, phone calls, social media outreach, and in-person interactions. They will create personalized emails to engage prospects and accounts, qualify prospects using BANT criteria, schedule high-quality discovery calls for the Account Executive team, accurately document all prospecting and lead activity in HubSpot, test new outreach techniques, share learnings with the team, and contribute to the team culture by bringing a positive attitude to the table.
