Sales Development Representative

Candidates should have 6+ months of Sales Development Representative experience, be remote in Las Vegas and able to attend multiple trade shows in person, possess a great team member attitude that contributes to the company culture and business, take ownership and demand excellence, enjoy a fast-paced environment and be a quick learner, and have experience with SaaS SDR best practices and tactics, including email for post-event followups and general outbound.
The Sales Development Representative will attend multiple trade shows each week in their hub and other hubs, meet as many event marketers as possible, build a pipeline of leads using email outreach, phone calls, social media outreach, and in-person interactions, create personalized emails to engage prospects, qualify prospects through consultative selling using BANT criteria, schedule high-quality discovery calls or meetings for the Account Executive team, accurately document all prospecting and lead activity in HubSpot, test new outreach techniques, share learnings with the team, and contribute to refining the sales motion.
