Experience in designing and managing sales compensation plans, along with broad knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, pricing, management reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning is required. Familiarity with Tableau and global billing systems, as well as working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS, are also necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects end-to-end, a proven ability to achieve results, and strong organizational and deadline management skills. Excellent communication skills for presenting analytical findings to diverse audiences, commercial knowledge, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach are essential.
The Sales Finance Manager will oversee the end-to-end ownership of sales compensation processes, including design, validation, and implementation for the Employer Services Sales organization. This role involves autonomously setting up and leading the day-to-day support model for Employer Services Finance. Responsibilities include partnering with global and regional teams to secure accurate data feeds from global billing systems for sales performance tracking, delivering consolidated financial analysis, and improving reporting solutions to enhance insight speed and sales performance. The manager will also lead process engineering for new product integrations, streamline and automate current processes, and support sales teams as their front-facing finance partner to improve performance. Additionally, they will lead the annual goal-setting process in collaboration with sales and finance leadership, manage the governance approval process for large commercial deals, and act as a business leader experienced in delivering transformation and change within a Finance Sales Partnership environment.
