Requirements

Candidates must possess 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or related fields. Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and influence strategic decisions without formal authority is essential. Expertise in forecasting, pipeline analysis, quota/territory modeling, and sales productivity measurement is required, along with strong analytical skills and mastery of Salesforce or equivalent CRM and advanced Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with BI Tools like Tableau or Sigma is a plus. Prior experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments is preferred, and candidates should be comfortable working in ambiguity and shifting between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

The Principal Sales Operations Business Partner will act as the right hand of senior Sales Leaders in the Private Sector business, working directly with the SVP of Sales and his leadership team to drive team-wide strategy and execution. This role has primary responsibility for achieving operational excellence within the sales organization. The individual will build executive-level trust, frame data-driven recommendations, shape business direction without direct people management, and drive day-to-day execution and support for field reps.
