Candidates must reside in Ohio, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey and possess 3-5 years’ experience working in the provider network/engagement/contracting function, health system, primary care practice, Value Based Care Advisory Solutions, risk adjustment/quality solutions from a PCP perspective, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with group practices and providers. Experience with sales/network development, interfacing with Practice Managers and Primary Care Physicians, sales/provider network management in healthcare EMR, medical device or managed care services, provider contracting, value-based care, quality STARS/HEDIS, and experience with Salesforce.com CRM is preferred.
The Sales Executive will represent Vatica and its products, exceeding sales objectives, manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, initial outreach, qualification, evaluation, demonstration, and close, effectively engage regional integrated delivery systems and local physician practices in assigned territories to communicate the value of the Vatica solution, present Vatica solution to prospective clients in group, face to face, and virtual meetings, use a consultative selling approach to drive meaningful conversations, support collaboration with health plan clients to analyze, design, and develop networks, participate in the development of program marketing materials, messages, and sales campaigns, understand market trends, best practices, growth, and development of their assigned territories, and travel approximately 25%.
