Candidates must reside in Iowa, South Dakota, or Nebraska and possess 3-5 years of experience in health plan provider network/engagement/contracting, health systems, primary care practices, Value Based Care Advisory Solutions, risk adjustment/quality solutions from a PCP perspective, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with group practices and providers. Experience with sales/network development, interfacing with Practice Managers and Primary Care Physicians, sales/provider network management in healthcare EMR, Medical Device or Managed Care Services, Provider Contracting, Value Based Care, Quality STARS/HEDIS, and proficiency in Salesforce.com CRM is preferred.
The Sales Executive will represent Vatica and its products, exceeding sales objectives, manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, qualification, and closing, engage regional integrated delivery systems and local physician practices, present Vatica solution to prospective clients in group and virtual meetings, use a consultative selling approach, support collaboration with health plan clients to analyze and develop networks, participate in the development of program marketing materials, understand market trends, and travel approximately 25% of the time.
