Experience with end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closing is necessary, and candidates must be able to travel periodically (approximately 50%). The Area Vice President will develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with the company’s go-to-market strategy. They will meet interaction and meeting goals through networking, prospecting, and leading conversion. The role involves managing the sales process from initial contact to deal closure and being accountable for achieving territory sales targets. They will become an expert on product use cases and technology platforms, leading discussions with health system contacts. The individual will deliver product demos, collaborate with leadership to improve product positioning and pricing, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to define sales processes and strategies. Additionally, they will use Salesforce to keep all territory activity, opportunities, and forecasting updated.
