Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM databases like Salesforce is necessary, as is being highly motivated, able to work with limited supervision, multitask effectively, and possess strong organizational skills.
The role involves prospecting and identifying new leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with contractors and vendors to manage on-site repairs. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues related to pricing, billing, and service, setting up fleet fueling accounts, supporting new Ship To locations, and assisting with emergency lubricant/DEF deliveries. The position also entails ensuring tanks are properly set up and labeled, assisting with temporary tank placements, following up with new customers, conducting goodwill visits, and supporting sales executives with fuel quality issues and product sampling.
