The Sales/Executive Assistant will support the sales operations and executive team by managing calendars, correspondence, and meetings. Key duties include preparing and analyzing sales reports using advanced Excel functions, maintaining CRM records, supporting lead generation and pipeline tracking, coordinating with internal teams, and handling various administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and document preparation.
