  • Experiencia en ventas de equipos de capital y/o en entornos con múltiples partes interesadas, desarrollando y vendiendo soluciones personalizadas a ejecutivos de alto nivel y de nivel C
  • Habilidades en innovación y gestión del cambio, con capacidad para proponer nuevas ideas y llevarlas adelante dentro de la organización
  • Sólido proceso de planificación empresarial y atención

Responsibilities

  • Gestionar todo el ciclo de vida de nuevas oportunidades de negocio, colaborando con los responsables de toma de decisiones del cliente para mejorar su desempeño mediante el portafolio de productos de diagnóstico central de Abbott
  • Impulsar el crecimiento de la participación de mercado identificando oportunidades dentro del territorio asignado y desarrollándolas hasta convertirlas en nuevas oportunidades de negocio
  • Una vez cerrada la cuenta nueva, velar por la ejecución de la implementación y posterior mantenimiento de esta, velando por los altos estándares de calidad de percepción de servicio, cumplimiento del contrato y generación de lealtad
  • Gestionar y liderar el proceso de renovación para garantizar la retención y satisfacción del cliente en cuentas que no pertenecen al segmento empresarial
  • Comprender los objetivos y metas del cliente mediante sólidas habilidades de relación con múltiples partes interesadas (laboratorio, compras, directores médicos, ingeniería clínica, ejecutivos de nivel C) e identificar y cuantificar el impacto de las soluciones de Abbott
