Requirements

Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will serve as a technical expert alongside Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, creating and delivering custom presentations and demos tailored to prospect needs. They will facilitate interactive proof-of-concept (POC) sessions, maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Red Canary solution, advocate for prospects, and proactively identify solutions. Furthermore, the role involves performing product research and development, maturing existing processes, writing and refactoring scripts, and engaging in pre-sales interactions to support Account Executives during presentations and POCs.
