Solutions Engineer

Employment Type: Full-time Location Type: Remote Salary Range: $110,000 - $182,000 (dependent on geographic location)

This is a remote role based out of Toronto or New England.

As a Solutions Engineer at Cribl, you will leverage your technical expertise and communication skills to help customers discover the full potential of Cribl in their real-world environments. You'll experience the freedom of remote work while tackling unique and impactful data challenges daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding the value of Cribl throughout the sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations and address customer inquiries during initial sales calls.
• Provide support to customers during proof of concept (POC) sessions.
• Document interesting use cases through blog posts and product documentation.
• Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to the remote-first nature of the company and work across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with and provide feedback on products.
• Residency in Toronto or New England.
• Proven experience working remotely.

Travel

• Up to 30% travel may be required.
