Your Mission

UiPath is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer specializing in the public sector. This role involves empowering government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations with UiPath's Automation Platform to improve efficiency, transparency, and citizen satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Public Sector Expertise: Develop deep understanding of public sector challenges, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Solution Customization: Collaborate with sales teams to tailor UiPath's Automation Platform solutions to public sector needs, ensuring alignment with regulatory and security requirements.
  • Technical Demonstrations: Conduct targeted product demonstrations showcasing the benefits of UiPath's Automation Platform for public sector entities, highlighting use cases for operational improvements and cost savings.
  • Requirements Analysis: Engage with public sector customers to gather and analyze technical requirements, translating them into practical automation solutions.
  • Proof-of-Concept (POC): Design, configure, and execute POCs tailored to public sector clients to demonstrate the platform's capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver technical presentations to diverse public sector stakeholders, effectively communicating the benefits and ROI of automation.
  • Collaborative Sales Approach: Work with Sales Account Executives to develop and execute public sector sales strategies, providing essential technical expertise for procurement processes.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure solutions meet stringent public sector security and compliance standards, addressing data privacy and auditing concerns.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation and case studies of successful public sector automation deployments.

Requirements

  • Experience working with State, Local Government, and Education in the Public Sector is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, account management, or strategic consulting.
  • Technical background with hands-on experience in SaaS-based technologies.
  • AI and/or RPA experience is a plus.
  • Results-oriented and outcome-based mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas.
