Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role, with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent background. Curiosity about AI and some experience with prompt engineering, along with familiarity with APIs and authentication methods, are also required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, tailored to different audiences, are essential, as is a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
The Senior Solutions Engineer will work closely with the sales team to gather customer requirements, own the technical side of the sales process, identify technology trends, and use visualization tools to illustrate AI Agent design and integration points. They will review and write API specifications, design and refine conversational AI agents through prompt optimization, lead hands-on trials with prospects, analyze conversational data to uncover insights, translate findings into narratives for stakeholders, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure trial success and alignment. Additionally, they will attend customer meetings and provide technical support to the Account Executives.
